We would like to share our experience that we had with our agent Steve Sbardella from ReMax Premier. From beginning to end, Steve was outstanding in his knowledge of real estate. It didn't matter when you called him or his staff, they were always available. Steve is actually called the top dog of Colonie, in Real Estate and that goes without saying, in our book, he is Number 1! We decided to put our house on the market in Colonie and we were trying to decide what realtor to use and everyplace we looked Steve had his sign up on people's properties so we decide to investigate why he had so many listings, the reason being is he sells houses.
